Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly emerged as a surprise contender to sign Carlos Tevez, who is a free agent.
The Argentine striker has been without a team since the summer of 2021, but has not yet decided to retire.
Tevez recently visited Milan, Inter and his former team, Juventus, while his future is still awaited.
According to “The Sun”, the 31-year-old is now planning to visit Tottenham, with the aim of returning as a player in the Premier League.
The former Manchester United and Manchester City player worked with current Spurs coach Antonio Conte in the 2013/14 season at Juventus, where he scored 19 goals and seven assists in 34 Serie A games.
In addition to the two Manchester teams, Carlos Tevez in England had also played for West Ham United.
