Harry Kane will turn down Manchester United and stay at Tottenham this summer.
Manchester United have been interested in Kane for months and the future potential coach of the “Red Devils”, Erik Ten Hag has made the England captain his main target in the attack phase.
Manchester United could have tempted Kane with any offer if they would appoint Mauricio Pochettino as coach, as the pair remain very close from their working days together at White Hart Lane.
In fact, even if United had lost the Champions League, Pochettino’s behavior could have given them a real chance to lure Kane to Old Trafford.
But Kane, who turns 29 in July, is ready to turn down United’s concrete interest and now looks likely to stay at Tottenham and re-evaluate his future after the summer.
The Mirror Sport revealed last month that Kane was the main summer target for Manchester United, but their form has plummeted in recent weeks and finishing in the top four now seems a distant possibility.
Instead, Tottenham now look like the big favorite to enter the Champions League as Kane is enjoying a new life under Antonio Conte and the Spurs top scorer is happy again.
