Rooney: Ronaldo will not have it as easy as in Spain and Italy

Everyone is looking forward to Manchester United’s second debut of Cristiano Ronaldo with the Red Devils jersey.

The Portuguese is expected to be on the field against Newcastle this Saturday. And if most of the fans will do everything possible to see him, there are those like Wayne Rooney, the United legend, who will not watch the game.

As reported by the Daily Express, the current coach of Derby County said:

“Everyone knows how much I love Manchester United and how much I still follow him, but I will not watch Cristiano Ronaldo’s debut on Saturday. I have a day off and my two kids have their games. So I believe I will be their driver and I will go and watch their games.”

Still for CR7: “I think Cristiano’s return is a positive thing. It is still among the best even that it will not be easy as in Spain and Italy. “But I repeat, he is still among the best in the world.”
