Sarri is suspended for two matches

Lazio coach Maurizio Sarri has been suspended for two games after leaving in the final minutes of a 2-0 loss to Milan last weekend.

The Biancocelesti coach was penalized with a red card for his reaction and will miss the next two games against Cagliari and Torino in Serie A.

The former Napoli and Juventus coach was given a two-match ban due to his reaction to the departure, but Sarri will be back in time for the derby against Roma on 26 September.

Lazio currently has six points after three games and is ranked sixth in the table.
