Solskjaer: If anyone wants to criticize Ronaldo, let them watch the game against Atalanta

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has reacted harshly to those who criticize Cristiano Ronaldo’s efforts, after the Portuguese secured Manchester United victory with a comeback against Atalanta on Wednesday in the Champions League.

Ronaldo scored the winning goal with a 3: 2 comeback for United in the final moments, as Atalanta had established an early lead of two goals early in the match at Old Trafford.

But Ronaldo has recently been criticized for not working hard enough to help the United defender.

United coach Solskjaer thinks differently, however, after saying after the match the winning goal shows how good Ronaldo is.

“Ronaldo is great in front of the gate. If anyone wants to criticize him for his efforts and work, just watch this match. Look at him running around,” Solskjaer said.
