Controversial agent Mino Raiola has sensationally proposed Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba to hated rivals Liverpool.

According to Le 10 Sport, using Liverpool’s need to find a replacement for Giorginio Wijnaldum, after the transfer of the midfielder to PSG, Raiola offered Pogba to the club’s management from Anfield.

The proposal was reportedly made in conversation with Reds executives when they discussed possible transfers this summer.

Raiola, who is also in talks with PSG for the United star, insisted Pogba would be prepared to move immediately to Anfield.

Liverpool representatives rejected the idea, informing Raiola that they would be prepared to review the idea in the January deadline and not now.

However, it is suggested that Liverpool’s response was more to be polite, rather than showing any serious interest in the French midfielder.
