Antoinne Griezmann could leave Barcelona. For two seasons, the 30-year-old has made 99 appearances with Barca, scoring 35 goals.

The news was confirmed by the sports director of the Catalans, Matthew Alemany.

During the presentation of Memphis Depay, there were also questions about the future of Griezmann, who has recently been reported for a possible return to Atletico Madrid.

Alemany said Barca trust Griezmann, but due to the difficult economic situation, the club will listen to offers for Griezmann.

“Antoinne is a Barcelona player, we have a contract together and we believe in him. It is normal to have a lot of market voices for him because he is a quality footballer”, he said.

“We appreciate Griezmann a lot, but if things move in the markets, we can accept the right offers, as we are in financial difficulties and we have to do the calculations with an already burdensome balance.”

Griezmann has been Barcelona’s oyster since 2019.
