Barcelona has shown the door to Samuel Umtiti again. As the French defender is not in the plans of coach Ronald Koeman.

Barca president Joan Laporta confirmed the position of the Dutch coach weeks ago, who has made it clear to Umtiti that he does not count on him at all for the new season.

But this is not the first time that Umtiti is in such a situation, as in the past it has been on the sales list of Barça.

Due to frequent injuries and poor form, the club definitely wants to sell this summer. Moreover, he is also one of the highest paid players at Camp Nou.

Umtiti, who is on family holiday at the moment, has a contract with Barcelona until the summer of 2023.

But it has become clear to him that he has to find a new club if he wants to play. More French clubs have shown interest in his services.

Barcelona paid him 25 million euros to buy Umtiti from Lyon in 2016 and now he hopes to get at least 10 million euros from his sale.
