The president of Bayern Munich, Herbert Hainer has spoken about the issue related to Robert Lewandowski.

The Polish striker is wanting in every way to leave the Bavarian giants, a way that has not been liked at all by the club’s management.

The former Borussia Dortmund player has a contract with the club from the “Allianz Arena” until 2023, but his dream is to end this summer in Barcelona.

“A contract is a contract. Where will we end up if a player can terminate the contract ahead of time while we at the club have to pay it until the last day? It surprised me that Robert spoke that way, I will not do it. However, I am not worried, he is a professional and I am convinced that he will play with us next season”, Hainer said for the German tabloid, “Bild”.

During the gathering with the Polish National Team, Lewa had said that there is no possibility for him to continue playing in Bayern and had asked the club to release him.
