Belgium defeated Croatia 1-0 in a preparatory match, on the eve of the start of the 2020 European Championship.
Romelu Lukaku scored the only goal to send Belgium to Euro 2020 with a victory against the Croats on Sunday in Brussels.
In a friendly match dominated mainly by Croats, the Belgians created more scoring chances and a goal from the Inter striker in the first half was enough to achieve victory.
This was the last preparatory meeting for both teams before Euro 2020 starts on Friday, June 11th.
Belgium is part of Group B along with Denmark, Finland and Russia.
The Belgians will play the opening match on Saturday against Russia.
Croatia is part of Group D together with the Czech Republic, England and Scotland.
The Croatians will play the opening match on Sunday against the English.
