Italy will face Austria in the 1/8 round of the Euro 2020 final.

Roberto Mancini’s players won all three group stage matches, finishing at the top of Group A.

Franco Foda’s team beat Ukraine 1-0 today thanks to a goal by Christoph Baumgartner, reserving their place in the knockout stage of the European Championship.

They had beaten Northern Macedonia in their debut match and lost to the Netherlands in the second group stage match.

Oranje and Austria have joined Italy, Wales and Belgium in the last 16 of the last 16 teams.

Italy will face Austria on Saturday 26 July at Wembley at 21:00 (according to our local time).

If they beat Austria to qualify for the quarter-finals this weekend, they will play again on July 2 at the Allianz Arena in Munich at 21:00. They are likely to face Belgium or ranked third in groups A, D, E or F.

The semifinals are scheduled for July 26 at Wembley, the same venue as the July 11 final.
