Eric García is Barcelona’s second transfer this summer, after Sergio Aguero.

Juan Laporta has frantically started work on building the team and the next purchase was the return home of La Masia center-back Garcia, who for several seasons played in England at Manchester City.

Garcia has signed a contract until 2026 and has a release clause of 400 million euros.

The 20-year-old has no words to describe the feeling of returning home.

“It is a dream come true. I hope the future is exciting. I will give everything for this shirt. “I am very happy to be back home,” said Garcia.

“My dream was to play for Barcelona’s first team and today I have that opportunity. I can’t expected. Barcelona is the biggest club in the world, with the president it has more energy, more experienced people.”
