Germany proved to be a bad host for Latvia in the friendly match played in Dusseldorf.

The Germans led by Joachim Low won with a deep score of 7: 1.

The goal festival was started by Gosens in the 19th minute, to be continued by Gundogan two minutes later.

In the 27th Muller triple the lead, while Havertz and Gnabry made sure that Germany went to the break between parts with a five-goal lead.

The second half started again with goals from the locals. Chelsea striker Timo Werner scored for 6: 0 in the 50th minute.

In the 75th minute, Saveljevs scored the honorary goal for the guests.
