Ibrahimovic: “Mbappe reminds me of Ronaldo, Haaland just wants to score goals”

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has praised the two promising youngsters in the world of football, Erling Haaland and Kylian Mbappe.

Speaking to CBS Sports, Ibrahimovic said: “As a striker, I can talk more about strikers and I like two players who anticipate things before they happen. Mbappe reminds me of Ronaldo, Phenomenon… is very stylish in his game.”

As for Haaland, he added: “There are players who think they can do more than they are doing, this is not intelligence. I see a lot of ingenuity in Haaland, he knows he can score goals, and he’s just trying to do it.”

Mbappe and Haaland are seen as rivals in the world of football in the future, when they hang athletes Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, who are already at the end of their careers.

Mbappe this season counts 13 goals in 23 appearances, on the other hand Haaland is formidable with 19 goals in 15 appearances.
