Inter have started talks with Hakan Calhanoglu’s manager, who will leave Milan as a free agent this summer.
Days ago it was reported that the manager had offered Inter Calhanoglu, the representative of Turkey, who is not leaving Milan.
Sky Sport Italia confirmed late Sunday that talks between Calhanoglu and Inter have already begun.
The Turkish’s contract with Milan will expire on June 30 and so far he has not been offered a salary higher than 4 million euros per season by the Red and Blacks.
It is very unlikely that Inter will offer him a much higher salary, so it is possible that Calhanoglu will stay in Milan.
The 27-year-old’s request was an annual salary of 6 million euros, but in such a financial situation after the pandemic, it is almost impossible for a club to meet this request.
