James Rodriguez is not interested in returning to Real Madrid.

Although he likes Carlo Ancelotti very much and would have more minutes with him compared to Zinedine Zidane, James says it is over with Real.

Asked if he would like to return, he replied: “No, I do not believe, that cycle is closed, it will not be repeated.”

The 30-year-old had excelled with Real Madrid in the 2014/15 season, but then with the arrival first of Rafa Benitez and then of Zinedine Zidane, everything changed for the worse and he never had the former splendor he once had.

James has made 125 appearances with Real, scoring 37 goals.

He is looking for a new team because Rafa Benitez does not count on him at Everton.
