Ronald Koeman wants to enjoy the time that, as he said, he has left as the coach of Barcelona, as he is facing great pressure after the defeat against Real Madrid in El Clasico.
Barca were beaten 2-1 at home by their biggest rival on Sunday, which leaves them in ninth place in the La Liga table.
The Catalans will face Rayo Vallecano today, a team in good form, and Koeman says his team does not have the luxury of suffering consecutive losses.
“I’m an adult and I know how these things work,” Koeman said before the game.
“I want to enjoy the time I have left, be it eight years, six months, a year, or a few weeks. I think it is important to win this match in Madrid, we do not have the luxury of losing twice in a row,” he added.
After the loss on Sunday, Koeman’s car was surrounded by many Barcelona fans, whom he called uneducated people.
