Marcelo is expected to transfer to Inter Miami in MLS

Brazilian defender Marcelo’s adventure at Real Madrid is coming to an end.

After 14 years at the Santiago Bernabeu, the Brazilian veteran will leave the Spanish giant.

This season, the left-back has lost his Real Madrid title to Ferland Mendy and has played a little under coach Zidane.

The winger’s future is expected to be in the United States, where David Beckham is trying to transfer him to Inter Miami.

The 33-year-old has also had an offer by the LA Galaxy, but Inter Miami are now the favorites to sign him.

According to Spanish media, Marcelo will try to terminate his contract with Real Madrid to leave as a free agent in the summer.

Marcelo joined Los Blancos in the summer of 2007 from Fluminese, where at the time the Spanish club paid 6.5 million euros for the transfer of the Brazilian.

So far, Marcelo has played 527 games with Real Madrid, scoring 38 goals and making 101 assists, becoming a legend of the Spanish royal club.
