Erling Haaland’s signing remains a dream for Barcelona, despite the complicated financial situation for them.

It was Haaland’s agent, Mino Raiola who gave the Catalans hope for the transfer of the Norwegian striker.

“Can Haaland wait for Barcelona? He can wait for anyone. We have no prior agreement with any club. We will look at the best options for him and I will not deny spending another year in Dortmund. Theoretically it is still possible,” Raiola told NOS.

Barcelona have consistently been linked with the striker, even during the most difficult financial period and Raiola expects them to return.

“Barcelona will always be one of the biggest clubs in the world. Within a year or two, they will be back. They have the power to find good economic deals,” Raiola concluded.
