Cristiano Ronaldo has revealed who he considers the most important trophy so far in his career, while he has also talked about his favorite goal.
Ronaldo is one of the most decorated footballers of his generation, having won 32 trophies during his career at Manchester United, Real Madrid and Juventus.
Along the way, he has won the Golden Ball five times, as well, which is the award for the best player of the year in the world.
In his CV, the 36-year-old has also won two trophies with the Portuguese National Team, including the European Championship in 2016, which he says is more important than any other achievement in football.
“At the end of the final (against France) I was crying with happiness! I experienced three kinds of feelings and emotions in that match, but it was incredible what I felt in the end,” said Ronaldo.
“This was probably the most important trophy I have won in my life,” he added.
Of the 777 goals he has scored in his career, Ronaldo insists that the famous goal with scissors against his now club, Juventus, in the Champions League, is the best he has ever scored.
“As you know, I have scored 777 goals in my career. Unfortunately I have to mention that the goal I like the most was scored against my current team, Juventus, and at the gate of my great friend, Gianluigi Buffon”, he added.
