Ronaldo prefers returning to Man Utd, ready a two-year offer

Cristiano Ronaldo could return to Manchester United, thus ending speculation about a possible transfer to Manchester City.

Italian sports journalist Fabrizio Romano reports that the Portuguese star has told his manager, Jorge Mendes, that he is open to joining the “Red Devils”.

Thus, it would be an incredible comeback.

According to Romano, the contract will be brought to the player in the following hours.

“Man Utd is discussing with Cristiano and Mendes until June 2023. Manchester City has never made an official offer for Ronaldo,” Romano wrote on social media.

Ronaldo finally decided today to part with Juventus after spending two years at the “Allianz Stadium”.

The 36-year-old greeted his teammates and left for another country by private jet.

There has been talk in recent days that he will join Manchester City.

But, recently his former club, Manchester United, has also entered the race for him.
