Ten Hag rejects Newcastle United

Newcastle are still looking for a coach to take charge of the new project, but since the dismissal of Steve Bruce has not yet found a replacement.

Right now Graeme Jones is on the bench, but that’s only a short-term solution.

As noted by England, the Magpies have made an offer to Erik Ten Hag to take the reins of the team. The Saudis are ready to offer him a net salary of 6 million euros per season.

Sources close to TodoFichaje confirm that the Dutchman has rejected Newcastle’s offer. Ten Hag is not convinced to take the reins of a declining team in the middle of the season to leave Ajax.

Recall that the Dutch club is leading the Eredivisie so far undefeated and will not leave the team of his life in the middle of the season.

Now from Newcastle they keep looking and it seems that finding a coach will not be as easy as they expected, even with the budget they would manage.
