Real Madrid has reportedly officially left the race for the transfer of Kylian Mbappe.
The Spanish squad does not want to pay over 150 million euros that Paris Saint-Germain asks for the player.
The 22-year-old striker has another year contract with the club from Ligue 1, but has refused to renew his contract.
According to Cadena Ser, Real Madrid is no longer in the race for the transfer of the World Cup winner.
But, the medium announces that this is not a permanent withdrawal, as the club and the player are suspected of having a secret agreement.
In the summer of June 2022, Mbappe’s contract with PSG expires and he is a free agent and has the right to negotiate with any club from January next year.
Thus, Real Madrid has the chance to transfer the Frenchman without paying a single cent, then offering him a fat salary, moreover he may be the highest paid at the club.
